the staff was very nice. they were available when i needed them. i found the sunset view amazing.
the room had no shelves and it was difficult to keep things off the floor because of bugs.

i appreciated the hotel's location offering fine views. the staff were friendly (super helpful with directions!). the terrace provided a wonderful spot for sunset viewing.
the music from the nearby beach parties was a bit loud late into the night.

the superior sea front room featured a comfortable double bed. it included handy amenities like air conditioning, a hairdryer, a fridge and soap. the room was quite spacious and very clean, which i valued.

complimentary coffee and cookies were available in the reception area each day. the hotel has a cafe on site, convenient. i found this a good way to start the morning before heading out for the day.

a pool is on the premises, with views of the surrounding area. there is also an area for exercising. the hotel picked us up from the pier and dropped us off after checkout (without our requesting it).

the staff helped with our bags upon arrival. they also arranged our ferry to phuket, and everything was very easy and well organised with the staff.

The views were acceptable, especially from the balcony area.
The noise from nearby bars was a huge problem. It continued until 2 AM every night. This made it very difficult to sleep without earplugs. I also noticed several ants in the room.

i really liked the staff attention . they offered free pickup and dropoff from the pier, even without me asking for it which was so great. early check-in was provided, it felt extra thoughtful.
music from the beach parties went on till 3 a.m., it was too loud. i didn't get much sleep.
